1. Who We Are and Acceptance of Terms

AFTR. (the "App") and the website at aftr.dev (the "Website") are offered by CloutLabs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, or by using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App or the Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction to use such services) to use the App or Website. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the right to enter into these terms.

3. Description of Service

AFTR. is a progress photo tracking application that lets you take, organize, compare, and export progress photos. Photos and project data are stored locally on your device. The Website provides information about the App and links to download it. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

4. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App and Website for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the App or Website for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Create, store, or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App (except as permitted by law)
  • Circumvent or bypass any subscription, access control, or security features
  • Use the App or Website in a way that could harm, disable, or overburden our systems or networks

5. User Content and Responsibility

You retain full ownership of all photos and other content you create or import in the App. That content is stored on your device; we do not host or access it. You are solely responsible for:

  • Backing up your data if you wish to preserve it
  • What you export and share (e.g. to social media or other apps), and for complying with those platforms' rules and applicable laws
  • Ensuring that your use of the content (including any images of people) complies with privacy and other laws

6. Subscriptions and Billing (AFTR. Pro)

AFTR. Pro

AFTR. Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features (e.g. ghost overlay camera, slider comparison, video export, watermark removal, unlimited projects). Subscription plans (e.g. monthly, annual) and pricing are shown in the App and may change with notice.

  • Payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). You agree to their respective payment terms.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel in your device's account settings (Apple ID or Google Play).
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. We do not control refund decisions.
  • We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods except as required by law or by the applicable store.

7. Disclaimers

AFTR. is a progress photo and tracking tool. It is not medical, fitness, or health advice. Consult a qualified professional for any health or fitness decisions. The App and Website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App or Website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CloutLabs LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or Website. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or one hundred U.S. dollars if greater). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App or Website at any time (e.g. by uninstalling the App). We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App or Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (e.g. in the App or by email where we have it). If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the App and Website.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the App or Website shall be resolved in the courts of the United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts to the extent permitted by law.
